Back to Gym!
















I start hitting the Gym, my brief workout schedule is as follows…
Sunday - 80 minutes chest workouts
Monday - 25 minutes run and 40 mins triceps workouts
Tuesday - 25 minutes run and legs workouts
Wednesday - 25 minutes run and biceps workouts
Thursday - 80 minutes shoulders workouts
Friday - 80 minutes for lower and upper, wings workouts
Saturday - 25 minutes run and 45 mins abdomen workouts

I may skip any exercise on anytime due to tiresome J(lol), but I am keeping more concentration and my shoulders and abs, my target to achieve six pack abs is December 2008. Let’s see what I can accomplish.
